WHAT AGE IS APPROPRIATE FOR THIS PROGRAM? This program works for all ages. Sixty percent of this work focus is on changing neural pathways. The scientific term I want to explain is neuroplasticity which in simple terms is the brain's ability to change and adapt. A more complex definition is its the brain's capacity to continue growing and evolving in response to life experiences. Plasticity is the capacity to be shaped, molded, or altered; neuroplasticity, then, is the ability for the brain to adapt or change over time, by creating new neurons and building new networks. The reason I covered this, is the younger we are, the easier it is for our brains to change. I work with teenagers, and younger, and will altar the program based on their needs. The younger clients are not usually working on goals, yet working on how to navigate life without anxiety, overwhelm, and trauma triggers. To determine the age-appropriate range for working with a me, we will have a consult, and evaluate the needs and see if this is a good fit.
  WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT? - You’d be committing to meeting with me for 1-hour, one time per week, watching a 1-hour video once per week, and doing a combined total of 15 minutes per day of practice guided by an app exclusively designed for this program.
This might sound like a lot of time. In fact, cumulatively, it constitutes less than 2% of your awake time for the duration of the program. Please consider that your Saboteurs are costing you far more than 2% of your time, effort, energy, and productivity. Consider how much more than 2% of time and productivity this 12-week investment will save for years to come.

IS THIS THE RIGHT PROGRAM FOR ME? This is the right program for you if you are a) committed to improving your performance and effectiveness dramatically while reducing stress, b) looking for a science-based and trusted system to make it stick, c) spiritually curious and want to learn more how the science and spiritual meet in the middle, d) willing to put in the initial effort to rewire years of mental habits that don’t serve you.

This first 6 weeks is an "intensive" focused on building your foundation of mental fitness by working with an app and meeting with me once a week for 1 hour.  

Weeks 1 - 3 we find your specific self sabotaging thoughts ( Saboteurs), and become very familiar with how they trick you and keep you safe and stuck.   You will start to  expose the lies, limiting beliefs and damage of your Saboteurs, so they can no longer fool you into thinking they are helpful to you. We then  begin training your self command muscles, and Sabateur interceptor muscles.  You will start building the skill  to intercept your top Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Weeks 4 - 6 You practice the Sage Perspective "every problem or challenge can be converted into a gift and opportunity" Your Sage needs to be strong  to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self).You will get familiar with your 5 Sage Powers

Throughout the 1st 6 weeks emotions can run high, and  I will also be offering the energy work when and if needed, walking you through visual meditations, and giving you tools to clear your own energy on a daily basis.

ARE NEGATIVE EMOTIONS GOOD FOR US. ? Yes, they are a warning signal that we are about to get highjacked.   Similar to putting our hand on a hot plate.   Feeling the pain is the warning signal that we are about to get burned if we don't take our hand off.  

WHAT IS MENTAL FITNESS? Being able to recover and get back to neutral  from a negative emotion immediately.

At week 7 you will have started "Bridgeing the Gap". You will  be feeling like you have some control of your life and situations. You are no longer operating from anxiety, fear, overwhelm all the time, but are now seeing glimpses of operating from love. You are starting to become more clear, calm, and creative. You mind is now quieter, and able to connect to your intuition easier having an inner knowledge how to move forward, and create and manifest your dreams. The mind and the heart are getting used to working together.
   
Weeks 7 - 12 we will be fine tuning all the groundwork we laid. This may look different for each client. Some clients choose to learn more about energy work, clearing and healing, some just want to focus on the brain aspect, You get to choose.
There is no one specific formula.  It will be based on your growth, what you want to work on, and how to overcome any obstacles that  pop up.  We will continue mastering your mind,  and intuItion working together. The focus is on tuning into your heart based intuition /  creativity, allowing it to lead you to opportunities, synchronicities, and solutions.  , Your brain will know what to do with them, and how to put it all together.  There will be a STRONG FOCUS on believeing  "The heart leads with "WHAT" and the brain follows with the "HOW" 

Schedule: The schedule will be the same.  We meet once a week, you will watch weekly videos, and continue daily exercises, the difference is  I tailor them to you and your journey. 
 
Exploration / Tools / Strategies: We will explore identity and how that influences your choices,  I will teach you different journaling exercises and strategies depending on what you are working on,  We will dive into the art of gratitude, Kaizan ( baby steps), and work with Human Design, the art of understanding your specific blueprint on how your function best.
